About the Role

We are seeking two Junior Administration & Accounts Clerks (Casual) to join our team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for business or accounting students who are looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in administration, payroll, rostering, and financial record keeping within the disability and community services sector. Reporting to the Administration Operations Manager and Directors, you will support the Senior Accounts team and assist with daily office operations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • Maintain project registers and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Support payroll administration and employee record management
  •  Process invoices and assist with accounts administration tasks
  • Assist with HR administration and staff onboarding documentation
  • Provide general office administration and customer service support
  • Support rostering and daily operational documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Currently studying Business, Accounting or a related field (desirable)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
  •  High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems is advantageous but not essential.

About the Role

Aussie Disability Services Australia Pty Ltd is currently seeking 6 casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing and dedicated team. We are looking for compassionate and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their individual goals and maintain a meaningful and independent lifestyle.

Support may be provided in a participant’s home or within the community, depending on their needs and goals. Flexible start – begin immediately or at a mutually suitable time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support participants to maintain choice and control while working towards their
    individual goals and support plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, including:
    o Household cleaning and maintaining the home
    o Personal care
    o Meal preparation and assistance

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of duties undertaken

Work Hours

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related
    field.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (NDIS Modules).
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Australian Driver’s Licence (preferred) and access to a reliable vehicle, or willingness
    to obtain.
  • Regular availability, with the ability to work a minimum of 4–5 shifts per week,
    including flexible hours where required.
  • Ability to remain calm, resilient, and adaptable in challenging situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical support and oversight to participants with complex health and disability needs. You will work closely with support workers, families, and allied health professionals to ensure participants receive safe, effective, and person- centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care and nursing support to participants in accordance
    with their care plans.
  • Conduct health assessments and monitoring of participants.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records.
  • Develop and review care plans, risk assessments, and health management plans.
  • Provide clinical guidance and training to disability support workers.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reports, and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards set by the NDIS Quality
    and Safeguards Commission.
  • Promote the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of all participants.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of
    Australia through Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Experience working in disability, community care, or aged care settings (preferred).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

🌟 Community Access Worker (Male Only)

About the Role

Aussie Disability Services Australia (ADSA) is seeking a male Community Access Worker to support an NDIS participant with community engagement and daily living activities. The role includes assisting with outings (parks, gym, Centrelink, shopping) and providing safe transport, companionship, and physical support.

This role is open to male applicants only, due to the specific needs and preferences of the participant under NDIS guidelines.

Community Access Worker (Male Only)

  • Location: Newtown, NSW, 2042
  • Employment Type: Casual
  • Days/Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays (after lunch), approx. 6–7 hours per day
  • Pay Rate: $33–$39 per hour (based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide community access support, including outings to parks, gyms, Centrelink, shopping, and other activities.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks and promote independence.
  • Safely transport clients using your own insured vehicle.
  • Foster a positive, empowering environment that respects client choice and control under NDIS standards.
  • Ensure all support is delivered in line with individual NDIS plans and organisational policies.

Desired Skills and Experience (Mandatory)
